Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2014 Application Deadline is Coming Soon!!

Interested in becoming known as one of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work and joining the ranks of some of Kentucky’s most successful companies? If so, don’t miss the deadline to apply for this prestigious award!

Why should you be a part of this? How about heightened company pride or the public relations and marketing advantage? Becoming a Best Place to Work increases employee morale and retention as well as improving the company’s reputation in the state!

How does it work? The assessment is a two-part process designed to gather data about each participating company. In part one, the employer completes the Employer Questionnaire detailing company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. In part two, up to 400 employees of the company complete a satisfaction survey.

Winners are announced at the Best Places to Work Awards Gala which is held annually in April. All participating companies will receive a world-class assessment detailing the company’s employee responses along with the Kentucky Benchmark Reports.
