Professionally, Nicole is an accomplished human resources specialist with more than sixteen years of strategic-level human resources, employee relations, training, and talent acquisition experience.  In addition to obtaining both a Master’s degree and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Nicole has managed the human resources needs of small, midsize and large organizations in both the union and the non-union environment. Currently, she is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ADP.  In that role, she serves as a human resources consultant for businesses in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.

Nicole’s reason for volunteering with LSHRM:
LSHRM is the best local resource available to HR professionals.  By providing a compelling professional development curriculum, not to mention wonderful networking opportunities and crucial community support, LSHRM collectively impacts those we serve in meaningful and effective ways.  I look forward to continuing LSHRM’s standard of excellence throughout my term in office.

Jeanne’s reason for volunteering with LSHRM:
I joined LSHRM to network with people in HR and also to keep current with the industry while earning HRCI credits. I was invited to volunteer on the Marketing committee a couple years ago and took on more responsibility, eventually leading to the Director role that I’m in today. I've enjoyed working with everyone on the team. I also enjoy sharing all the fantastic things that LSHRM is doing to promote human resources as a profession and helping to make Louisville organizations great places to work!
