Learning Objective: This webinar addresses ways that HR professionals can maintain their voice as strategic partners in their organizations. At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
• Assess the HR department’s credibility and influence from an internal customers perspective.
• Generate new perspectives for enhancing HR's strategic value and transaction effectiveness.
Our faculty guest speaker: Dr. Meera Alagaraja is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership and Learning. She has prior experience implementing HR practices, developing learning systems, and facilitating labor relations in the manufacturing industry. Her current research interests include enhancing the credibility and influence of HR departments.
