The Louisville Society of Human Resources Management (LSHRM) in partnership with Greater Louisville International Professionals (GLIP) and the Talent Attraction Forum (TAF) are excited to bring you a dynamic learning opportunity!

We now live in a global economy and the American workforce has evolved to include more individuals from other countries which also includes U.S citizens that take opportunities to work abroad.

The content of the October Chapter Meeting will focus on 3 areas as it relates to the global workforce:

• HR business partner strategy in developing a recruitment process and company brand for retaining international talent.
• Relocation and HR legal considerations for global talent.
• Best practices when managing international talent to increase engagement and productivity.

John Kurnick- VP Global Talent Management and Corporate HR/Yum! Brands

Will serve as Moderator for the panelists and will be a quasi-panelist as well. He’ll provide corporate strategy for Global talent branding and talent attraction.

Anna Langford- Global HR Invest Manager/ AAF International

Panelist: Will speak to recruiting foreign talent abroad and focusing in the area of compensation: pricing expat packages and specific positions, the legal process with the attorneys as it relates to the position posting compliance.

Lina Paskevicius-Consulting Manager/ Cartus Group

Panelist: Will speak to the complexities of relocation with foreign nationals and how to be a strategic partner to the company when looking at global workforce relocation.

Neil Punwani -Senior Vice President & Managing Director of the Global Vodka Portfolio/Brown Forman.

Panelist: Will speak to the experiences of being an International working in the States and unique best practices that HR practitioners should know when managing this talent.
