100 Wise Women Series

The highly anticipated 100 Wise Women series is set to begin!  The first event of 2014 will be May 7 and will feature keynote speaker, Marta Miranda, president and chief executive officer of The Center for Women and Families.  Registration is now open atwww.leadershiplouisville.org/100ww – this link also shows off our new Wise Women "eWall of Fame"!

This is the first of four 100 Wise Women events in 2014, each featuring women in leadership positions with unique stories to tell.  See the press release below and attached to see this year’s line-up of speakers.  At each event following the keynote address, women from all career stages engage in conversation that promotes increased connection and informal mentoring across sectors and industries.  These events typically sell out within a few days, so we encourage anyone interested in attending to get registered right away atwww.leadershiplouisville.org/100ww.

Dear LSHRM members,

Today marks the opening of applications for the Leadership LouisvilleClass of 2015, a program that has graduated nearly 2,000 community leaders since the first class began in 1979.  Each year, some of the area’s most dynamic leaders from all fields apply to participate in the program, including leaders from business, government, education and nonprofit organizations.  The 2015 class will be selected to be representative of the community and will begin their program year in August 2014 and end in May 2015.

Applications are open April 7 – May 23.  Complete program information and applications are available atwww.leadershiplouisville.org
