Mayors Showcase Event - Volunteers Needed, This Saturday 2/16

The Mayor’s Youth Opportunity Showcase is a job fair for young adults (ages 18-22) and last year over 1500 participants attended.

This year LSHRM will have a booth at this event and volunteers are needed to help attendees by reviewing resumes, providing interview tips, social media networking, career guidance etc.

Kentuckiana Works is thrilled for LSHRM to be there and they are going to place our booth right next to the area where the youth will fill out applications, so if they have general questions about applications, they have experts right there to guide them!

The date is Saturday, (2/16) and is from 10am-2pm at the Convention Center.

Please contact Beth Harper for information.
